“Full tank policy is a cost ploy”

Our experience was as follows:
- Rep at Lanzarote Airport didn't push the additional insurance but the items that aren't covered by standard CDW make it difficult to ignore.
- Car was not properly cleaned - it had sand over seats and previous occupants paperwork
- Doors stuck and creaked
- The full tank policy on a small island is just a marketing ploy to make their initial charge seem reasonable. This practice should be stopped.
I would not recommend this company especially as there are cheaper, local companies offering much better deals.
