We picked up our hire car in Richmond, London. The guys could not have been friendlier. Tony showed me all the ins and outs of the car before we left and I felt confident getting in the car and simply driving away. We drove 900 miles in 10 days and had absolutely no problems. Customer service even included biscuits on arrival. Very cheerful guys and helpful as well. congrats!!
