“Poor reviews on other sites left me wondering....”

I purchased a pair of Carerra sunglasses from their site after doing a search and found smart buy to be the cheapest on-line. Once I had placed the order I started to worry a little as I didnt get a delivery date for my glasses so I did a little internet searching to check them out, worryingly I found a few few bad reviews and I then started to question my own order?
I sent them an email asking about my order and was suprised to get a reply to let me know my order was being processed and there was a small delay with my glasses but they were in fact due to be shipped from Italy. A few days later I got an email to tell me they had been dispatched and a link to follow their progress via the courier. The glasses duly arrived so my experience was ALL good.
I suspect that all their goods are sourced abroad so it is obviously going to take a little longer than a UK based company, but having said that if you want to pay the lowest price and are prepared to wait a few extra days then this company worked for me. I hope this helps
