“Three problems with paid version of Smilebox”

It was disconcerting to find that emails sent by Smilebox contain an apparently impossible to delete or change header in the email body that says "I made this Smilebox for you."

The second problem I encountered was when I tried to change the name of my creation. I have discovered that the name becomes the subject line of the emails sent out to my invitees and that it is limited to appx 34 characters. This kept me from placing an appropriate title for my invitation.

Lastly, I would have expected the paid version to remove all advertising from the emails it sends out. This is not the case as there is a prominent Smilebox promo at the bottom of the email.

In an attempt to find possible work-arounds to these problems, I attempted to contact support from the link at the bottom of the home page but continually receive this message "The Parature system is temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance." I guess I would not be too surprised to find that this is a permanent condition. Will try again tomorrow.
