“Not worth it”

Signed up for the free version and got a few messages right away, but couldn't read them unless I paid. So paid 17£ for 1 month, sent dozens of messages and got almost no answers. The few answers I got, tended to be short and vague, so might have been standard messages sent by the site itself.
The pictures of many of the members looked way too professional, so probably quite a few fake people on the site. I also noticed that the shout-out messages who appeared on the homepage, never changed.
So decided not to renew after a month, but that's not what this site does: when I paid the first time, they immediately set thisup as a monthly direct debit, so you keep paying.
Had to email them a few times before I could cancel everything and after a while I got my money back for the second month that I hadn't asked for.
And lastly: if you want to be a 'discrete' dating site, then don't put a website on the bank statement. Especially if this website looks extremely dodgy.
