My only gripe is that it was not obvious that it would be necessary to have the cost of the car rental plus insurance placed on my credit card at the start of the rental.
This lead to a lot of hassle and a waste of time when I went to receive the vehicle as I did not have a credit limit large enough on my credit card.
I was lucky that VISA were so accommodating with upgrading my credit limit so quickly.
