Don't trust that bookit will honor re-embursements. Pay the extra $ and bookit will just give you the run around until you give up. Bookit will also lie stating that the re-embursement is the decision of the hotel. Call the hotel and they'll say it's on bookit. Link the two companies with phone numbers and neither will call to sort out. End: You're out $600.
