“Bad sounds quality ”

I have been using Nobelcom.com for 5 years. Customer service is great, price is great. But, recently, sound quality got so bad & I had to call back few times middle of the conversation with my family in Japan.. Hard to hear & suddenly line was mixed up with someone else..... this happen every time I call this past 6 month or so. Use to be great. i don't know why it happens now..... disappointed.
