“Brilliant/ reliable website”

First of all I think people can be very skeptical when booking a holiday through a website they haven't used before. As a result i hadent used HotelDirect before so I wanted to do my research before I booked anything. I was very impressed with hoteldirect's website and the fab deals they have to offer. However the hotel that I did book (The Thistle Euston) there were no up to date pictures of the hotel as when visiting the direct website I was confused if it was the same hotel. That was the only downside though as I booked the hotel and was very pleased with the quick process and the immediate emails sent through as confirmation.
