“Service as usual”

This was the second holiday I've booked with Holiday Gems,and on both occasions the service has been extremely good.Any queries I had with regard to my booking were dealt with very quickly and the staff were eager to help.On the odd occasion they had to call me back,they did so very quickly and the outcome was always clearly explained.I will have no problem recommending this company to friends and family,and indeed already have on three occasions.Well done to all the staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with,and many thanks.
