“CON MEN - Beware....please dont be fooled”

I had read all the mixed comments about weatherseal however decided to give them a try due to them having the door we wanted.
We bought a £1500 door however they couldnt do the door for that price so we got it for £2000 with £500 cashback from weatherseal (STILL WAITING FOR 7 Months later!!!)
The sales man had no experience....as he put it accross and was on the phone to his manager about 5/6 times "to confirm" what he was telling us was correct. We wanted a diferred payment options - buy now pay in a year0% interest - We were told that our £2000 door would be on finance and that the 500 cashback would cover all our first years costs and the interest aswell so at the time of paying it in full at 1 year would leave a remaining balance of 1500. Confirming all the deatils he was putting on the agreement with his manager and with us several times as i am far from nieve about things like this. That was in Feb - still waiting for cashback to cover the payments in July so called them AGAIN - and was told that what the sales man said was basically a lie and how it worked out with interst we were signed up to an 8year plan paying back a total of £4500 for our door!!!!!!! more than double the cost and we couldnt do anything about it because we already signed! THIS IS FRAUD and misrepresentation against the law. PLEASE be aware of scam sales techniques we are now in trouble due to this and takin o trading standards! with an extremely straong case - This was stated by the weatherseal women herself and finance company.

Product was brilliant as were the workmen.
