“SHOCKING - customer service and deliverys”

Ordered a hard drive, usb stick and graphics card on next business day. After chasing Dabs they failed to call back, and didnt seem interested.

When items arrived they failed to put the hard drive in the box, after chasing several times with them blaming me and wanting me to complete a form to confirm I did not have the item!! Several telephone calls complaining, with numerous promises to call back with nothing receieved.

Finally spoke to a team leader who was very nice, admitted that Dabs did not sending the item and they would get it out same day.

Moral of story, Dabs customer service team are polite but as for delivery any kind of service SHOCKING. As for delivery of IT equipment SHOCKING.

Dont use them, I wont again.
