Bought a book and waited for delivery, no delivery, resent Item, no item, phoned up to hear they had returned Items, A call or email would have been nice, swful customer support, no telephone number on the site found from a different site. Told that would not resend because the unit num was not on the address but the company name was and full address and postcode, funny how everything else is delivered. No tracking of goods. Pathetic
