“Cheap, clear”

Easy to use website but I contacted 121carhire initially for a query and didnt hear back for a long time, so after about 10 days I contacted the company through facebook and got a speedy reply. The website ought to advertise times that the call centre is open for queries and should also use local numbers rather than national call rates!! Otherwise the booking process was straightforward and the car we were allocated was great. Would use the company again due to cheapest prices and good overall result from booking.
