“Basic but somewhere to lay our heads.”

Just got back from 5 days at the Equador park.As we didnt pay alot for the holiday we didnt expect 5 star accomodation.Although we asked for a double room with a pool view we ended up with a twin room with no pool view which wasnt a good start to the holiday.Once we got to to our room we found it was very exeptable and clean.Upon closer inspection we found that the bathroom window had a crack in it,the balcony door was very stiff and noisy to open.Also none of the windows would lock but as we were on the 5th floor it didnt matter too much.The curtains were a bit tatty and had holes in.It would also be nice if there were air conditioning.On a plus they came in and cleaned the room every other day which i thought was very good.As we went in the summer we thought that the pool bar would be open as it would have been very popular and busy but it was closed the whole time we were there.All staff were very freindly and helpful and speak fairly good english.All in all we had a very enjoyable holiday and would definatly stay there again!!! Highly reccomend The Half moon bar/resturant only 3 min walk away for home cooked food and a very welcoming atmosphere!!!!
