“overcharged me for my holiday”

i got a quote online and booked the holiday at £1162 when i called they then told me i had to add luggage to that at £32 a case and prices had changed so i was quoted £1266 they told me they would give me one free case so the price should have been £1234 when i got my invoice through it was for £1337. I called them it took 10 mins to get through the another 15 mins to sort out the money but I was still charged for 2 suitcases. I would have cancelled if i wouldn't have lost money.

When i went online to complain the website wouldn't accept my reference number.

This is the first and last time i will use Sunmaster.
