“BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE”

Bad first experience with Booking.com
We booked at Comfort Inn Hotel Kingston July 2012,two rooms non-smoking with one queen bed and second room two beds.
We went to the hotel, and we got two smoking rooms,and the second room was a queen bed.
The hotel was not what we expeted at all from the site pictures.. very old, smelly rooms from the smoke...
What we booked was completly the opposite at the day we checked in.

I do not recommend Booking.com
