“No help after your bill is paid in full ”

I book the trip in april 2012, paid for it in full. closer it to the day of trip tried to contact the person who book the reservation to comfirm as the date gets near, on contact no return calls, left several messages. Had to call hotel direct to comfirm trip status before travel date. Got to airport had problems getting on plane, missed flight, couldn't get any body at the 1.866.969.9880 number at spend 12 hrs in airport. didn't like the fact that after you got my money there was no support in my travel. no contact at ALL.
