I am a bit of a control freak, and once I have seen in writing things that I have booked or put into motion, some months before; I am happy. I found that Alpharooms covered everything and sent me confirmatory emails which put my mind at rest. All emails went into a file stored in order of use/production. and so as the holiday progressed from taxi to flight to transfer to accommodation and the reverse on the way home, the info was in the file awaiting the providers representative. PERFECT
