“How to get your money back!!!!!!!!!”

I would recommend people to stay clear of this website....It does not state that it is from china and you need to pay customs upon arrival of parcel + you can not contact them via phone + if you read their return policy in details it does actually state that you cannot return items if you just don't like them or if they don't fit if you have received what you ordered. I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from Jen Jen house and when they arrived the colour looked more pale blue than silver (which is what I ordered) + the dresses were really long.. So I contacted citizen advice bureau who informed me that by English law I was entitled to return unwanted goods as they were bought on line. They advice me to contact Pay pal, although I used my credit card I paid via pay pal. A week after logging my complaint with Paypal Jen Jen house offered me £60 in compensation (I paid £200) I turned this down and straight away pay pal offered me the full refund. The only thing is that I had to send the package back to china tracked, which cost about £75. This way pay pal can track the parcel and when arrived in China I got my refund........
