“Excellent Service”

I originally bought a dahon espresso bike from Je James about 3 years ago, but recently the bike developed a crack on the frame, I called Je James and I was put threw to there returns department, they asked me to take pictures of the crack and email the pictures to them. David Andrusyszyn received the pictures and got everything approved for a replacement frame. David was very accommodating with every request I had, no matter how big or small the request was. I have received my bike back now and it is as good as new, the guys even changed all the gear, brake cables, handle bar grips the list goes on. In a nutshell I would recommend Je James to anyone not only for purchasing new items but also for there customer care it is second to none.
