“Bad customer service.always rude to customer.”

I been with Vodafone for last 5 years . I been paying them around 200 or 300£ a bill every month. There customer service is not good once they guy I was speaking he said to me pay your bill first then ring us back and he put the phone down on me. I have asked them so many time I want to speak to ther manager but no luck. Now they have remove 1000 min from my price plan anddreyfus have no idea how they did all this.I had such a bad experience with Vodafone. IEvery month they are charging me for something which they have no clue what are they doing. Il be really very To leave Vodafone. I have 3 connection with them. Il advice everyone don't go with Vodafone I pay them so much but they have no respect for ther customer (((((
