“Frilly edged cardi”

This frilly edge cardigan is very stylish and the wool is soft and omfortable on the skin. Unfortunately I think the cardi I received had somehow escaped quality control.
The first time I wore it I noticed that the cuffs were very tight. I thought that the wool would stretch but when I tried to loosen it the cuff detached from the sleeve, as the stitching was too tight. This happened on both sleeves. and as I was at work I had to stitch the cuffs back on to the sleeve.. On my return home three buttons came off when I undid them to take the cardi off.
I realise that I should have returned it but as I had stitched the cuffs and sewn the buttons back, and I really love the style I have taken the view that this was 'the one that got away from quality control'.
I have purchased two other cardigans (different styles) and a sleeveless top and they are all absolutely perfect.
