“Booking NCL Cruise”

Dear Holiday Gems
I have just booked a NCL Fly/Cruise via Barcelona to the Mediterranean and back to Belfast - This holiday I found in the Belfast Telegraph newspaper - On the down side it was very difficult to get through on busy phone lines and by e.mail - But once I did I was connected to a marvellous travel rep. called Margaret Smith who guided me through all the complexities with great knowledge and patience and attention to detail - Please commend her and also the NCL Epic ship which caters for single travellers with Studio cabins! We can only hope that you will fight for this to be standardised - Thank you!
