“terrible customer service”

Having read the other reviews, I'm sure this company is good when the everything goes smoothly.
But if something goes wrong, customers should count on their customer service, which was not the case for me.
I did not receive the delivery as I work full time, and "missed the delivery card" was not left by ParcelForce. When I contacted ParcelForce to arrange the re-delivery, they said it was sent back to thehealthbay even though ParcelForce's website said the parcel was in their depot at the time. I contacted thehealthbay to explain what happend to my parcel, they said they needed charge me 10 pounds for re-delivery, which I didn't want as my order was eligible for free delivery. So I said I wanted to cancel the order. Then they gave my money back after taking 10 pounds, because of their T&C. I paid 10 pound for nothing.
Not impressed at all and I do not want anything to do with this kind of company any ways. Terrible.
