I thought I was getting an upgrade and just found out vodafone have sold me a new line. So are charging me twice. They also did this for the whole of 2011 with another line.
I phone up and speak to a different person each time, for normally about an hour, they never call me back to resolve.
They have now cut off my line and as I am trying to sell a house and buy a house and everyone involved has this number is proving a nightmare and it could fall through.
Don't know what to do as cannot keep calling for an hour when they do not resolve, but cannot afford to keep paying twice.
