“Just the ticket”

As local business owners,it was important to us to try to keep our custom local. We asked a couple of companies to look at the work we needed to carried out but, sadly, neither of them filled us with confidence that they could fulfill our needs. We have quite an old house and wanted some of the old leaded lights to be retained, aswell as some specialist joinery work which needed to be done. So, we asked two of the larger national companies to quote. While we were quite impressed with their products, and felt reasonably happy that they could do the job, the sales tactics were annoying and off-putting. When Danny visited we felt that we had found a local(ish) company who knew their stuff and could deliver what we wanted. In short, we have not been disappointed. The standard of workmanship is excellent and we believe we got a fair price for such a good job. Best, Angela Matthews
