“Wont Answer Emails”

I have bought a couple of items from The Jewellery Channel and they were ok but my third purchase was for Jade earrings and they never arrived, I have sent countless emails but they just dont reply and Im so glad that they were under £15 because I dread to think what happens if you dont receive an order thats for several hundred pounds. Have bought from QVC and never had any problems but TJC is delivering a poor customer service and I shall not be buying from them ever again.
