“Disappointed!”

This was apparently a very easy way to get my daughter's blackberry repaired efficiently and quickly. M Blue promised a turn around of 2-3 working days but it took 10 days to receive the phone back. In the meantime there was no communication from M Blue, either by email or as an update of order status and I had to phone to find out what was happening. Very disappointed!
