Really i felt very bad of buying this culprit product of electrolux..Cat u read or waste of sending the email also..See the email below when i send the email and till now no action..people who called me they said they are the area inchargers in bangalore, but simply waste of time no use of call also.
U make to throw the Electroluc fridge in DUST BIN, coz of choosing this product. Seems need to promote abt this product to every one in news paper of some other way..this much irritation i got with these electrolux service people even manager or technician or who ever it may be....Hope the company recruiting this way for care of CUSTOMERS.
I also paid for the product and now from past 5 months onwards i m not using and simply kept in my home and waiting for some one to help me. But no vain.
If you are not capable persons, u have to tell me before buying itself, but u cheated me after buying the Electrolux product.

This is the critical situation i faced never in my life, by choosing this company product. Plz help me on this ASAP.
