I have been a paying member of Pogo Games since 2009 and never had I had problems like I have been experiencing in the past 2 months. It doesn't matter which game I try to access, either it will not load and crashesIE 9 or quits responding within 5 minutes. Sometimes it is so bad that my entire system will crash. Please don't say it is my hard drive as this computer was purchased in Feb. 2012 and had a complete hard drive replacement in June 2012 EA is no help as I have tried all suggestions to no avail. Will be cancelling my membership when it comes up for renewal. Very dissatified with the quality of service and what Pogo Games has become. The more members the merrier for the company and to heck with customer service.
