EMS internet ..... well where should i start ??? Would i use them again hmmm NO!!!Would i recommend them again... im not sure! Am i Extremely happy with my product YES !!! Bit of a dilemma really. If it had not been for the fact that certain members of staff treated me like a human being rather than a robot i would have ran a mile. These two individuals are Danielle Clarke who EXPLAINED the product rather than sold me the product. She has a clear understanding of my business needs and knew exactly what my website was going to look like. Its a shame she didnt actually design it as well. I probably wouldnt have had all the problems along the way.The next person to hugely thank is Victoria Ng from customer services. She has been so professional through all the small errors and design faults etc and has chased everything up. Without her i can only imagine it being a complete nightmare. She has made herself available at all times. I have found her to be efficient,friendly and most importantly she always gets results.
I think EMS needs some serious tweaking if they are going to succeed in getting GREAT reviews. As a first timer to owning a 10page bespoke website i found that there were times where communication between the design team and myself were non existent. I also found when i had an incident with management they didnt really know my product either. I thought management was poor and just tried to talk over me. It did seem like as soon as the money had been taken i was a second rate customer. But as i have said had it not been for the two members of staff i would have asked for a full refund.
To sum up their end product i think is excellent! its the bit in the middle that is poor. However i am a persistent business man and we got there in the end.
