“Appalling service”

Quotes 2-3 days, be prepared for 15. Once work was finally started I was then told other issues had been found with my phone and needed extra payment to complete!
I had to contact customer services twice to chase my phone, once my details taken and no return call, when I finally got in touch the customer service was very poor, in fact was very rude.
Upon return of my phone the screen is loose and coming away from the shell and the mesh covers that used to be covering the speakers have gone!
The whole experience has left me shocked and I will be taking this up with trading standards.
