Ordered a briefcase which was shown as in stock online, contacted to be told not in stock. Gave them a couple of weeks to get it in stock, they never did and it took countless requests for a refund before it was eventually processed months after the order was placed. Apologetic for the poor customer service but there's no excuse as far as I'm concerned - must only take minutes to issue a refund.
