“P.O.G.O. - Poorly Operating Game Ordeal”

I used to enjoy playing No Limit Hold Em at POGO, but then there were several weeks when the game wouldn't load. For the last month, the points system has been broken. On top of everything else, you can't find a better place to encounter abusive, racist, harassment of regular players by trolls. There is no real monitoring of these trolls. The "Report Abuse" function is a joke. The same people come back over and over with new screen names to start abusing players again. Finally, it is almost impossible to find the email to write to customer service. It's just not worth the trouble.
