“Your Customer Service Is HORRIBLE! ”

I have called this company 7 times in the last 4 days, all at different times of the day, and I have been on this stupid machine waiting for a representative for over 15 minutes each time. I had one time that someone actually answered but hung up immediately. I didn't even get to hear their voice. Not once did anyone help me or come on the line and help. NOTHING!!!! This is ridiculous and needs to get resolved. I can't even get thru to complain to a supervisor or manager about this unfortunate customer service experience.

I've had better service at McDonald's at 2:30 in the morning than with these ass clowns.
