Kirstin at Unkommon Knowledge is great! Dealt with my query really fast and best of all solved my problem. I liked very much that her responses to my questions were individual (as opposed to typical mass e-mail standard answers) and really addressed the points I raised in my e-mails. Keep up the fantastic job and thank you very much! So glad that you took care of me ;-)
