As an eBay seller, I've used Interparcel for a couple of years now and on the whole I'm more than happy with the service. The nice thing about them is that on the rare occasion that there's a problem, you can deal with a real person (with real contact details) in their Customer Service group who stays on the case until it's resolved.
On one occasion a parcel being delivered to the Shetland Islands 'stalled' but after contacting Interparcel, they contacted the responsible courier and it was delivered the very same day.
On another occasion a large eBay item sustained minor damage in transit and Interparcel refunded me the full cost of the item and shipping! I passed this on to the buyer who effectively got a £200+ item for free.
Obviously, because they rely on 3rd parties to do the transport, things will go wrong from time to time but that's not really their fault is it? The important thing is how they resolve issues when they arise.
