I have rented from this company twice - the first time was without a problem but that was because I did not add insurance when I purchased online. DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE WHEN RENTING ONLINE - wait until you go to the car rental kiosk - the insurance offered here is not the same as what is offered at the rental car counter. We ended up paying double - one charge through Enterprise and another charge through Airport Rental Cars. Granted, this is a lesson learned in reading the small print, but as a business owner myself, I would be ashamed of making money this way. It is deceptive and meant to confuse the consumer. In this day and age of online, competing deals, I often think it is just best to book with the original company instead of using third parties such as this. I feel totally taken advantage of.
