“waiting for my order...”

I have ordered from asos 3 times so far and the first two were more than fine. the products were excellent, no surprises in terms of size, colours, quality. All good. I regularly visited the site and never hesitated to save any items i found interesting and, of course, i had in mind to purchase them at some point. And so i did for the third time. this is very fresh, as the items were supposed to be delivered today (17 july 2012), which did not happen. I don't know if i am being paranoid, as i read a few reviews that say that some orders were delivered a bit later than originally said to, but at least they were dilivered in the end. So, that should make me relax a little. But i've also read some really bad reviews that say the order was never delivered and they are still trying to settle it or that they eventually gave up the try as there was no serious response from customer care. I guess i'll wait a few more days (11 working days was suggested by the email the customer care sent me when i queried), but i'm sooo looking forward to what i have ordered! i hope it arrives even with a 11 day delay from the original delivery date. Will let you know of the outcome.
