Find the site frustrating, the Admin Hold should be got rid of as all people do is hold your tickets at last minute then decide they dont want them then its too late to list them again for other buyers to purchase. If an event is soon i.e next day or so you cannot manage this Admin Hold situation yourself you have to contact Viagogo to get them to relist them if held for more than 4hrs but they dont respond. It should be a site where the buyer pays there and then for them and no holding facility. Also a site where the member has full control over their listings. Also my items kept jumping from Active listings to Inactive listings for no reason so they wasnt showing up all the time in the ticket sales search. FRUSTRATING
