“Highly Recommended Really Happy”

I purchased a ecommerce website from total creation A Basic Simple and easy 
to navigate website This is what I wanted. I was contacted a couple of days later 
and was asked to fill in the form for a brief idea of what i wanted.Please 
be aware that all contact is by email and no telephone contact but this is 
explained in the small print,Anyway i received my first draft of the 
homepage which to be honest after nearly 3 weeks was the basic of the basic 
and i was not too happy at this point BUT every email i sent with 
instructions of how and where i wanted things and colours and so on were 
implemented mostly within a couple of hours. I must say that you must keep 
checking everything as they were obviously very busy at this point and 
small things were missed which in previous emails were said would be 
completed,Don`t be scared to email with what may seem silly or unsure 
questions as they will help execute whatever you ask for. This is all 
foreign to me websites/SEO/ and so on but have gained a little knowledge 
myself through research and a previous free site.I did not want a spangly 
site with Flashing/Moving Banners and so on just something simple which is 
what i got in the end and am very happy with, I now have full control of 
what i can do with the site if i choose to redesign/Add or remove anything 
and also still contact total creation (Rob) with issues or queries which 
they are still there to help with so don`t think the help ends there once 
the website is signed off (It doesn`t) This is the cheapest i could find 
which was lucky after getting quotes of several hundreds to well over £2000 
for the same designs and shopping carts.Just remember to keep checking your 
website for the changes and keep in constant Friendly Contact and be 
patient and polite as they are only Human and at £174 is a Bargain.
