Arrived at Atlanta Int irport with prepaid voucher and went to airport desk at 14.40 but the young guy refused to serve me - he was too busy talking to his friends.Sent me out the wrong door.I eventually arrived at the bus stop only to wait over an hour on a Sunday afternoon for a bus. when i got to their yard I had to wait because there were people arguing with the desk clerk.Athough i am a member of Dollar Express it made no difference.i acomplained to the duty manager. what a waste of time that was. I eventually left their yard at 17.55 in a suv that was smaller then I booked, it was clean on the outside but not very clean on the inside. borrowed the hotels vac the next day. have booked at Las Angeles , San Francisco, and never had any problems and the vehicle was always perfect. When I returned the vehicle they tried to charge me different things till I told them to go jump in front of a 747. I complained when I got home and recieved an acknowledge but got no further. I will never use them again.
