This company sucks, I sent $908 dollars to Colombia on July 10, after six days I get a phone call from Colombia's recipient saying that the money was not there yet. I called Xoom.com coostumer services and they just tell me that the recipient needs to sign a paper in order to get the money. If I don't call they just hold the money and nothing happen. Now I need to send the form to the recipient get sing and send it to the bank in Colombia/. When I asked why I was not inform before the guy on the phone said" It is not our fault we don't make the rules"
Bad customer services, I hope I get my money soon. I now have to pay late fees, interest and a bad record in my credit.
