Booking the car was easy enough, I will give them that but from then on it went down hill. Along with extra charges when picking up the car and a truly rude and uncaring customer services team who I have sent 3 complaints to and each time had the same automated response, which does not relate to the issue I raised at all, and have been from people who can barely understand or speak English.
If they appear cheap, it is either a con as they will throw hidden extras at you, or just cheap because it so, so awful.
Would not reccommend.
