“Indian Wedding (Marquee, 500 people) - April 2012”

Very disappointed by the owners and management staff. Made lots of promises but never held them. Wedding organiser that we were in contact with before the day never even showed their face on the day. Rude staff! We provided breakfast snacks which they forgot to put out! Ran out of food for the buffet lunch! Ran out of glasses for champagne reception! None of the staff had set-up the tables for the evening meal as requseted and therefore family and friends had to rally around to decorate the tables, put menus out etc. Meal served 1 hour late therefore delayed evening schedule (should have guessed this would happen as ched was 2 hours late for food tasting)! Toilets, main area very dirty and not enough staff to clean up! Coaches/cars blocked by cars at 2nd wedding on site and therefore unable to leave for over 2 hours!! List is endless........make sure you have everything in writing before signing contracts or paying any money and don't leave them to organise the day, have someone else oversee them at all times!!!
