We had 3 windows installed in Feb 2012, installation men great, WEATHERSEAL AVOID AVOID AVOID, they sell u the biggest load of C**P and we fall for it
We were told we would get 18 months interest free credit, we get a letter from the bank a few weeks later we have run into arrears, WEATHERSEAL say they will be responsible for 1st payment that never got paid, so we are in arrears, had a fight with the Paisley office that dealt with the installation, couldnt get hold of the appropriate person so i phoned every 10 minutes, by god he was glad to take a call from me, the 1st rep was as big a farce as the company its self, then we got a 2nd rep out to do a 2nd application, BIG MISTAKE, we were then given the option to take it on the previous arrangement but refused it so went for the 12 interest free credit, but again DIDNT HAPPEN, could we get the answers to the questions of why is this such a cock up, NO! we were then sent a discount card to which we were told take it to the appropriate shop and they will swipe it and get a discount, we did that on saturday and the shop assistant looked at us as if we were bloody stupid, it was so damn embarrassing, so on return home we contacted TLS Discounts and then got a phone call today to find that we have to buy the discount vouchers to take to the shop to get a discount, we can save a lot of money, B**L S**T.
So with the experience we have had please take our advice and

But if we have a problem with the windows in the future they better wear a suit of armour when they come out
