Hi there! I never ever write any complaint in my life. I was a customer for O2 at least for 4 years. I paid all my bills on time. I was abroad with my husband for 10 days. When I came back to UK, my bill was over £200. Before boarding I turn off a voicemail. When I checked my bill I found out that there are a lot of unknown to me numbers and half of them were made from different country. But I used my phone few times as most of time I was outside and my mobile was in the apartment (for security) and locked. When I contacted O2 customer service they just said don't worry, everything will be fine. I contacted at least 30 times (pls don't laugh:)) and every time a new adviser promises me that everything will be fine and they will return my money back, but after all of that O2 ADVISER said if I will not pay a bill that just will disconnect me. After almost 2 mouths I decided to write a complaint letter to O2. Even after that nobody contacted me. I decided leave O2 and choose another operator. Guys I don't advice you O2. If you don't want loose money as me. I paid for calls which I didn't made.
