first time at craig tara there was 6 adults and 6 kids in different apartments half board, found the apartments wernt so spacious but managed to live the week in them as most the time was out, park nice clean and neat caravans were spaced out great, half board was great food was good choice to choose from and always hot, staff were friendly also, even though there was a lot of people dining in this restaurant there was enough tables due to people coming and going, kids loved half board so much they asked if we could get this next time we go instead of self catering, speaking to a lady that worked in turnberry gardens she let me know there was not going to be half board next year which was really sad for her as she worked in the building for almost 30 yrs also people like to go on holiday to relax and half board helped this happen so really sad to see this go hope haven bring it back soon as alot of people spoke about this and was upset that it was going entertainment for kids in bongo wonga was more for the younger kids so youngest daughter had a ball but older daughter and son didnt have much fun in here and was a tad bit bored at night ,swimming pool everyone enjoyed even though there was slight accident in fast flume were 1 of our adult party went down and flipped over onto his stomach while going round a bend and bashed his face, fast response from first aider though. they got straight to work and patched up well so thank you to them they really done their job well and older kids loved this pool so they were happy through the day. kids always asked to go to park aswell could do with more swings i think as kids started cueing up for 1 older swing but really nice bit to relax aswell, prices of things that kids can do thats scattered around the park can be bit pricey but tried to choose the best i could do with them as i was spending more when going into funworks with them, we went 29 june and sitting in bonga wonga club at night was way too hot as was packed with people but had to sit there for kids even though they were sweating aswell staff had fan facing them in bar and also says they felt it for us as we didnt have one cooling us down, people was trying to cool themselfs with paper fans eventually they opened a side door which didnt make much of a difference , was in live lounge couple of times and felt that was bit cooler but wasnt the place for the kids as most time bingo was on in there, overall though we all had a great time at different points through the day and hope they bring half board back for all who enjoyed it
