“complete rip-off”

We were charged a non-negotiable 120 euros for petrol (on the cheapest car) despite only needing about a quarter of a tank. Almost everyone (when they had finally reached the top of the queue - we waited more than an hour) seemed to be having arguments with the staff - some staff were rude, all seemed resigned to receiving complaints. A really bad start to the holiday.
